Our mission at Trinity Coffee Roasters is to celebrate our diverse clientele of coffee saints, sinners, and hardcore enthusiasts by offering a unique Chicano-influenced experience that captivates, educates, and innovates, from our mobile coffee cart—the first and only in the Port of Los Angeles.

All the roasts tasted great (I do espresso). I especially liked the Ethiopia even though it was roasted for pour over. Looking forward to trying more.

Great coffee and service. I like how trinity roasts the beans, it always tastes great without being too sour or smoky. Just perfect cup every time. Service is always reliable and super kind.

I love Trinity CBC’s mission; coffee variety, taste and quality; service and community giving. Proprietor Paul Bobadilla is a fantastic human who pours his soul into creating unique coffee experiences as well as supporting Southern California Chicano communities and culture.

I really enjoyed all the coffee I got from here! I’m just getting started with trying a greater variety of coffee and I’ve liked everything I’ve had so far. The coffee roaster is local and takes the time to explain each week’s beans. Coffee connoisseur friends of mine have also spoken really highly of all the drip coffee and espresso... :)

Bobadilla is the founder of Trinity CBC, a coffee roaster and pop-up cafe with a badass custom lowrider espresso machine, and he’s also a third-generation dock worker with deep ties to the ... Longshore and Warehouse Union.”

The San Pedro-based Trinity CBC’s name stands for coffee, brew, and cultura. It’s a spirit that owner Paul Bobadilla embraces daily as the sole proprietor of the business, turning out house-roasted beans and drinks like bottled cold brews
